His partner and wife, Beth, supported him in his growth and joined in helping build their signature superior service Team Sessum has come to be known for. Together, Beth and Paul, work seamlessly to bring the highest client value possible.
Prior to becoming Real Estate Consultants, Beth and Paul enjoyed over twenty three years in the Entertainment Industry. The beginning of those years in live Theatrical Production; Paul negotiating contracts, packaging National Tours, general managing up to five separate venues in San Francisco with operations based in the Bay Area and Austin, Texas, while Beth performed in numerous touring productions around the world. This is how they met each other and have been together ever since, about eighteen years and counting.
Following a successful career in live Theatrical Productions, their hearts lead them to the Los Angeles area where the opportunity to enter the Film and Television Industry was presented. For the next incredible fifteen years Paul had the honor to represent some of the finest below-the-line talent in film production, managing careers and negotiating production contracts. Beth continued her performance career and expanded into television, film and commercials. Also, she had the extreme honor to work with non-profit organizations including the early days of Project Angel Food. Many of those Beth and Paul worked with then they still serve with Real Estate advice and support.
